W.V. Cross Enterprises is a professional services company offering problem-solving expertise in organizational development and management, government affairs and public relations, strategic planning and communications. It was formed by Bill Cross who has 20 years of management experience in non-profit and for-profit public and private enterprises.
Bill has designed and executed successful and award-winning government affairs programs and public relations campaigns. He has served on numerous state and national boards and commissions, written articles for a variety of publications and given speeches to hundreds of audiences.
He received the "Award for Excellence in Government Affairs" in 1987 and Associations Advancing America recognition in 1991 from the American Society of Association Executives. Cross completed the Institute for Organizational Management six-year education program in 1988 and earned the professional designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 1991. He was the recipient of the "Association Executive of the Year" Award in 1991 from the Oregon Society of Association Management (OSAM).
